Rainforest

The forest hums.
Its secrets deep.
I creep,
as the rain falls.
To the breath
born of nature.
Flowers, their colors bloom,
among the mossy gloom.
The forest is my room.
It surrounds me with the spirit of peace.
My burdens release.
My fears cease.
And I am rocked in a cradle,
lined with fleece.
